Clinical supervision

Clinical supervision is available to CRPO Qualifying Members, Social Workers and Psychotherapists in private practice, and to front line workers in agency settings, whose practice integrates anti-oppression principles with a trauma focus or with substance use support. I also support clinicians who are interested in vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and self-care. I use a supportive, integrated model of supervision that respects your professional experience and aims to promote self-reflection while enhancing technical skills. I also consult with community agencies that support survivors of trauma and whose practice includes harm reduction or work to address substance use concerns. These services can include program review, in service training, and group supervision with front line workers, counsellors, and case managers.
